When You’re Fired Tested ~

When your faith is tested,
when it’s being tried
you must not forget . . .
how and why Jesus died.

For His faith was also,
put through the test . . .
and in His Father’s love
He always found rest.

When you face suffering,
common to all of us
you must not forget . . .
where Jesus put His trust.

When He was afflicted,
to His Father He would go
praying His Father’s will . . .
He would come to know.

When you’re fire tested,
for what you believe . . .
pray to your Father too
and joy you’ll receive.

For, in trying times,
we can easily rejoice
when we listen to . . .
the Holy Spirit’s voice!
